Our Approach

How We Work

01

Safety Planning

Your safety comes first. We create a concrete, confidential plan to protect you and your children, with local resources and specific steps you can activate when needed.

02

Identity Rebuilding

Abuse erodes your sense of self. We work to help you reclaim your voice, your boundaries, and the clarity the relationship took from you. No pressure, at your pace.

03

Trauma Processing

We use EMDR and trauma-informed therapy to process the wounds without retraumatizing you. Your body carries the story; we teach it to let go safely.
