Sound Familiar?

Maybe you recognize this

"There are nights I wake up and feel like I'm still there, in that moment."
"Any loud noise puts me on alert. My body doesn't know I'm safe now."
"I can't talk about what happened. But I can't stop thinking about it either."
"I pull away from the people I love because I don't know how to trust."
"My family says it's in the past, to get over it. But my body doesn't forget."
"I feel like something is wrong with me for not being able to move on."

These responses are not weakness. They're the way your body processed something that was too much. And there is a way back.

How We Work
Our Approach

How We Work

01

EMDR

We reprocess traumatic memories so they stop hijacking your present. Your brain learns to file away what happened without triggering you every time something reminds you of it.

02

Somatic Stabilization

Before processing trauma, we teach you to regulate your nervous system. Grounding techniques, breathwork, and body awareness so you have tools before opening the wound.

03

Narrative & Meaning-Making

We reconstruct your story from a place of strength. Not to forget what happened, but so it stops defining who you are and where you're going.

Diana Beltran

Trauma is not overcome through willpower. It's processed with support, patience, and the right tools.

Frequently Asked Questions

Common Questions

Is it a safe space?

Yes. We work under trauma-informed therapy principles: your pace always leads, you're never pressured to reveal more than you're ready to share, and all information is confidential under HIPAA.

What is EMDR?

EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) is an evidence-based treatment for trauma. It allows the brain to process painful memories without having to relive them in detail. It's one of the most effective methods for PTSD and complex trauma.

Is it online or in person?

All sessions are via telehealth by video. This allows us to serve clients in Texas, Arkansas, and Florida with the same quality and care.

Do I have to talk about everything?

No. In trauma-informed therapy, you decide what to share and when. The process moves at your pace, never ours. Healing doesn't require you to relive every detail of what you experienced.

Do you speak Spanish?

Yes. Our therapists are 100% bilingual (Spanish and English). Sessions can be in whichever language you prefer, or both. You don't have to translate your pain.
