Individual therapy sessions are 50 minutes long. The recommended frequency is weekly, especially at the beginning of treatment.
All sessions are conducted via telehealth video conference. This allows us to serve clients in Texas, Arkansas, and Florida with the same quality of care.
Exposure and Response Prevention is the first-line treatment for OCD. It involves gradually exposing you to what triggers your anxiety, without performing the compulsive ritual, so your brain learns it can tolerate the uncertainty.
Yes. Our therapists are 100% bilingual (Spanish and English). Sessions can be in whichever language you prefer, or both. You don't have to translate your pain.
