Frequently asked questions

Common questions

What is an immigration psychological evaluation?

It is an objective, independent professional assessment of psychological functioning, mental health history, and relevant emotional impact for individuals involved in immigration proceedings. Our reports are objective: they document exclusively the clinical findings for submission to the appropriate authorities.

Do you accept insurance?

Immigration evaluations are a direct-pay service not covered by health insurance. We offer financial assistance for those who need it. Payment is due at the time of service.

What questions are asked during the evaluation?

The evaluation is an objective process covering general information, mental health history, emotional functioning, social relationships, education and employment, medical history, trauma and stressors, coping mechanisms, risk assessment, and cultural considerations. All findings are documented objectively and impartially.

How long does the report take?

The written report is delivered within 7 to 10 business days after the evaluation session. We offer expedited delivery options at an additional cost for urgent cases.

Does it guarantee approval of my case?

No. All evaluations are independent and based exclusively on clinical findings at the time of the evaluation. Our services do not guarantee any legal outcome, case approval, or specific recommendation.
