At Happy Autumn Counseling, we use evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and mindfulness techniques to guide you toward emotional healing and resilience.

- Loss of interest or pleasure in activities once enjoyed

- Fatigue or low energy

- Changes in appetite or weight

- Sleep disturbances (insomnia or oversleeping)

Online therapy offers a flexible and private way to receive the support you need. At Happy Autumn Counseling, we provide virtual sessions that allow you to access care from the comfort of your home. This can be particularly beneficial for individuals with depression, as it removes the stress of commuting and provides a familiar, comfortable setting for therapy.

Studies indicate that online Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) is as effective as in-person sessions for treating depression, ensuring you receive high-quality care no matter where you are (APA, 2021). With online therapy, you can work on your mental health at your own pace and schedule, making it easier to fit sessions into your daily life.
